Jack Spencer, CEO, SCC, and William L. Librera, Commissioner, DOE , joined local officials in announcing a new Union City magnet school . The new arts integrated magnet school will be located in the old "Transfer Station" area of downtown Union City. It will anchor a School Renaissance Zone, the fourth such program in the state.
