Board & Management

The SDA is governed by members who collectively function as a board. Membership, including committee assignments, and the schedule, agenda, materials and minutes of public meetings are detailed in this section.

As required under new legislation, the board has been reconstituted. Appointments by the Governor are on an interim basis, under authority granted by the State Constitution. Permanent appointments, which require Senate confirmation, will be made after the Senate reconvenes in November.
