Subconsultant Pre-Qualification

The SDA requires all subconsultants of any tier in the DPMC Disciplines listed below, whose contract is in an amount which is equal to or greater than $500,000, be Pre-qualified by the SDA.

To become a SDA pre-qualified consultant you must have a current classification with the New Jersey Department of Treasury, Division of Property Management and Construction (DPMC). Consultants having this classification are required to fill out the SDA pre-qualification application which once received is reviewed for completeness and forwarded to the Division of Criminal Justice, Fiscal Oversight for SDA, a unit of the New Jersey Department of Law and Public Safety, for a moral integrity screening. Upon review from Fiscal Oversight for SDA, the SDA will pre-qualify a firm in the same discipline and classification limit as DPMC. The effective date will be the date SDA issues a pre-qualification letter. The expiration date will be the same as DPMC.
