Professional Services Pre-Qualification
The New Jersey Schools Development Authority (SDA), a subsidiary
of the New Jersey Economic Development Authority (EDA) solicits proposals
from Professional Services Consultants to furnish architectural, engineering,
construction management, material testing laboratories and other related
consulting services for specific project assignments for various school
projects throughout the State of New Jersey.
SDA Pre-qualification Application
Use this Form to apply to SDA for pre-qualification as an Architect,
Engineer, Landscape Architect, Planner, Surveyor, Construction Management
Firm, Testing Laboratory, or other similar professional involved with the design of school
facilities projects. Your firm must be pre-qualified by SDA in order
to perform any design or construction management services on a school
facilities project. Please note you may download this document, type

Form 200: Preliminary Technical Proposal
Use this form to express interest in being selected as a Design Consultant
for a site specific advertised project. In order to submit a proposal
for a school facilities project as a consultant or sub-consultant your
firm must be pre-qualified by SDA. This form must be completed and filed
on/or prior to the due date specified in the advertisement or Request
for Proposal. This Preliminary Proposal will be used by SDA to shortlist
firms which will then be requested to submit formal detailed technical
proposals. Please note you may download this document, type on it and
