This section includes documents with important information on the operations of the SDA, the successor to the SCC. It includes the three reports to the Governor by the Interagency Working Group on School Construction that spearheaded operational and programmatic reforms of the SCC and laid the foundation for the August 2007 legislation that established the SDA. In addition, there is a section for the Authority's Biannual Report on the School Facilities Construction Program, required to be submitted under the August 2007 legislation, and for annual and monthly reports. Key presentations to legislative committees and the governing Board of the school construction program are also available. Other documents include policies and regulatory information.
